User Guide
Welcome to pdp Braincoach – let’s get started!
- Download pdp Braincoach from the Apple Store or Google Play. If you wish to use a web version, please visit pdp‐app.lu.
- On the homepage, select your preferred language (EN/FR/DE).
- Click on the orange button “Take the test now” to answer the short LIBRA survey.
Click on the orange buttons to respond. You can return to “previous question” underneath to change your answers. Please complete this survey without interruption as your answers will not be saved and you will have to start over.
- You will then be asked to register. Complete the fields and proceed to the longer LIBRA questionnaire by clicking on the “Start” button at the end of the registration page.
- The first “nut” to crack will be to complete the LIBRA questionnaire, which asks more detailed questions. At the end, you will receive the risk factor recommendations and will be able to activate a theme.
*If you need to pause your LIBRA questionnaire, click on the “Exit” button and then on “Yes, resume later” to save your answers. It will retain your current responses so you can continue when it is more convenient for you. You will also see what percentage you have completed.
- There are 4 main tabs which you can click and view:
- Nut of the day
- Themes (your risk factor recommendations)
- Information
- Profile
- Click on one recommendation and activate the topic. Go to “Nut of the day” and it should load to a “crack the nut” page. Here you can view the short content or complete the quiz or challenge (where you will earn extra points!)
- Click “Next” to go to the “Well done!” page where all the previous nuts have been opened. You can always revisit previous topics you have read.
- Each day, you will receive a notification to open a new nut to learn about a risk factor. If multiple risk factor themes are activated, the daily notifications will be randomised content from the different themes. Please ensure that your mobile settings are set up to receive notifications.
We have provided a variety of sources with our content should you wish to learn more about a specific topic. Should it not be in your preferred language, we kindly invite you to try activating the translation feature in your web browser as an additional option.
